Job Description
Responsible for cost planning, estimation, and budget management of real estate projects. Ensure accurate cost forecasting, prepare detailed estimates, and monitor project expenditures to optimize profitability.
Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and tender documents.
• Assist in tendering, vendor selection, and procurement planning.
• Monitor project costs, track variations, and report to management.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers for cost-effective solution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience 10+years in quantity surveying and cost estimation in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costing techniques.
• Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel,)
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
