Job Description

As a Content QA Tester at realworld one, you will play an important role in ensuring the quality and stability of our XR solutions for global leaders in the life sciences sector. Working closely with developers, designers, and solution delivery managers, you will test complex interactive applications and contribute to delivering reliable releases that meet high production standards.

You will thrive in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment where attention to detail, structured testing practices, and a strong quality mindset are essential to maintaining the reliability and performance of our interactive XR solutions.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality manual testing of realworld one’s XR solutions, including functional, regression, gameplay, and content testing across core platform features and client-specific applications.
Test complex interactive experiences with AAA-level production quality expectations, ensuring stability, usability, and high production standards.
Act as a quality owner for assigned features or experiences, ensuring builds meet defined requirements and quality standards before release.
Identify, document, and communicate defects, usability issues, and quality risks, advising teams on potential impacts to user experience and release readiness.
Collaborate closely with developers, solution delivery managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient testing across multiple projects.
Contribute to test planning, test case creation, and overall testing strategies.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional QA experience in manual testing of software, games, or interactive applications, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
Strong attention to detail and a structured quality mindset with the ability to identify defects and potential quality risks.
Ability to write clear and actionable bug reports and work effectively with issue tracking tools such as Jira.
Solid understanding of content-driven applications and user experience principles in interactive products.
Background in testing games, interactive 3D applications, or other content-heavy digital products.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, with very good written and spoken English.
Familiarity with XR technologies, game engines such as Unreal Engine, and a basic understanding of 3D assets are a plus.
