QA Automation Intern (LLM & Workflow Testing)

Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid / On-site)

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: 15K/ month

About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated QA Automation Intern to help build the next generation of AI-driven products. This role goes beyond manual testing—you will design automation scripts, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and ensure automated workflows operate reliably. You will work closely with engineering and AI teams to validate complex logic, test integrations, and maintain high-quality standards across our systems.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Development
Design and maintain automated test scripts for web applications.
Work with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
Identify and fix flaky or unstable tests.
LLM Evaluation
Develop strategies to evaluate AI-generated responses.
Detect hallucinations, prompt injection attempts, and formatting errors.
Create programmatic validation methods for Large Language Model outputs.
Workflow Testing
Test complex automation workflows built with n8n, Zapier, or Make.com.
Validate data flow between multiple APIs and systems.
Ensure automation logic works correctly under edge cases.
API Testing
Test backend endpoints using tools like Postman or Python scripts. -
Validate request/response structures and integration reliability.
Problem Solving
Perform root cause analysis for automation failures.
Identify performance bottlenecks and workflow failures.

Technical Requirements

Programming - Strong foundation in Python or JavaScript.
Logical Thinking - Ability to map complex workflows and Identify single points of failure in automation pipelines.
AI Curiosity - Basic understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) work. Familiarity with evaluating outputs from models such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini.

Education
