The Job Role

We are looking for a QA Engineer to help ensure the quality and reliability of a BIM platform focused on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.

This role is ideal for engineers with 1–3 years of experience in software testing who are interested in working at the intersection of software development, BIM technologies, and engineering applications.

The Requirements

📌 Bachelor’s or Master degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

📌 Understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.

📌 Characteristically inclined to achieve high levels of autonomy and open to discussing with different company roles

📌 Attention to detail and interest in software testing.

📌 Good written and spoken English.

📌 Excellent historical memory

Nice-to-have

• Familiarity with BIM or CAD tools (Revit, AutoCAD)
• Basic familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
• Experience working with source control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with REST APIs testing, debugging tools, or test automation frameworks is a plus.
  
  
  

The Responsibilities

✔ Understand product requirements, and prepare test cases and checklists for validation of the software

✔ Be the Quality Control (QC) reference inside an assigned Scrum Team, thus join all the events (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective)

✔ Support the Product Owner in the identification of the corner cases and missing requirements

✔ Design and execute functional testing on the software product incrementally

✔ Verify iteratively that functionality does not degrade

✔ Detect, document, report, and assess the encountered bugs

✔ Work with the developers to identify which use cases must be automated

✔ Provide strong technical leadership with a focus on continuous improvement
