Senior Python Developer (Azure, Monitoring, Troubleshooting)

Experience Required - 7 to 10 Years

Location - Indore/ Pune/ Chennai/ Bengaluru

Overview
Seeking a Senior Python Developer to optimize and maintain web-based applications on Azure. Responsible for setting up robust monitoring, diagnosing complex issues, and driving reliable production operations. You will play a key role in proactively identifying issues, optimizing performance, and enabling visibility across our cloud environments while working with different teams to achieve your goals. Strong communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Optimize and maintain Python web applications and APIs.
Manage solutions on Microsoft Azure (App Service, Functions, Containers, Storage, SQL, Databricks).
Design and implement application and infrastructure monitoring (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics).
Build alerting, dashboards, tracing, and logging for observability (OpenTelemetry preferred).
Diagnose performance, reliability, and security issues across the stack; improve operational maturity and lead incident response and root cause analysis.
Automate CI/CD and release processes (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.

Required Qualifications
7+ years professional Python development (FastAPI/Django/Flask).
Strong SQL skills.
Strong Azure experience deploying and operating production workloads.
Familiarity with Databricks
Hands-on monitoring/observability setup for Python web apps.
Proficiency with logging, metrics, tracing, and profiling tools.
Solid debugging skills: performance tuning, memory/CPU analysis, dependency issues.
Experience with RESTful APIs, asynchronous processing, and message queues.
Experience with Disaster Recovery setup processes for the Azure platform.
CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and IaC (Bicep/Terraform) familiarity.
