We’re Hiring: Python Team Lead

Location - Madurai, Tamil Nadu, Bangalore - Karnataka

What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead and guide a team of Python developers

✅ Design and build scalable, high-performance applications

✅ Review code, solve issues, and improve system performance

✅ Work closely with other teams to deliver quality solutions

✅ Help the team grow with your support and mentoring

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 5+ years of Python experience (2+ years in a lead role)

✔️ Strong knowledge of frameworks like Django, Flask, FastAPI

✔️ Experience with APIs, databases as SQL, and version control

✔️ Good understanding of DevOps tools and agile process

✔️ Strong communication and leadership skills
