Key Responsibilities:

·        Design scalable, secure, high‑performance distributed systems and backend architectures.

·        Architect microservices using FastAPI, Flask, SQLAlchemy, Alembic.

·        Define HLD/LLD, diagrams, and integration patterns.

Backend Engineering & Leadership

·        Provide hands‑on guidance in backend development.

·        Lead code reviews and ensure quality.

Cloud & DevOps

·        Architect cloud-native solutions (GCP/Azure).

·        Manage Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform.

Data & Workflow

·        Integrate Python services with workflows and analytics.

·        Support SQL/NoSQL and secure storage.

Security & Observability

·        Implement security, IAM, code scanning.

·        Maintain observability with logging and monitoring tools.

Soft Skills

·        Strong decision‑making, communication, leadership.

Experience

·        Proven Python architecture experience.

·        Experience with complex distributed systems.
