Your Role And Responsibilities

The Offshore Automation Developer focuses on building and maintaining integrations, workflows, and low-risk application components that remove

• Develop APIs, connectors, and integrations between GRC, security, and data platforms
• Build automated workflows for evidence intake, validation, and routing
• Implement AI-assisted features (e.g., document classification, tagging, mapping) using approved patterns
• Enhance self-service reporting and evidence retrieval tools
• Refactor and harden existing automation for stability and auditability
• Execute development tasks from clearly defined backlogs
  
  

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• 3–5 years in software or automation development.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C# Pytorch, Pandas, Polars, Matplotlib, Vectors, LangChain, llama-index, MLOps,
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with workflow or low-code platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps, Terraform, YAML.
