Purchase Manager-Interiors 4yrs+

Role Objective

To ensure timely, cost-effective, and specification-accurate procurement of all interior materials by owning the MRF-to-vendor-to-approval-to-payment cycle with strong process discipline.

Key Responsibilities :

Derive material requirements from production plans, BOQs, and approved drawings

Prepare and raise MRFs with complete specifications, quantities, and timelines

Source, negotiate, and finalize vendors as per approved MRFs

Obtain competitive quotations and prepare comparative statements

Submit final quotations to COO for cross-verification and approval

Issue purchase orders only after formal management approval

Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time material delivery to site

Verify invoices against MRF, PO, and delivery records

Forward verified bills for payment processing as per approval matrix

Maintain procurement documentation, cost control, and audit trail
