Project Operations Executive – Aquaculture & Sustainability

We are hiring a full-time Project Operations Executive to support our aquaculture and sustainability initiatives.

The role involves project coordination, documentation, administrative support, and basic finance activities, along with assisting in customer communication and occasional sales coordination.

This position is ideal for candidates from Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Agriculture, or Environmental Science backgrounds who wish to gain real-world experience in sustainability-focused projects and understand how a startup operates and grows.

• Organize and maintain project documentation and operational records.
• Coordinate day-to-day project and administrative activities.
• Support customer service and communication with clients and partners.
• Assist in financial documentation, expense tracking, and basic reporting.
• Handle data entry and prepare internal progress reports.
• Collaborate with field and technical teams for smooth project execution.
• Provide assistance in basic sales and business coordination tasks when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of administrative and financial workflows.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Interest in sustainability, aquaculture, and environmentally responsible innovation.

• Location: Chennai (on-site)
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 5 PM
• Salary: ₹10,000/month
• Type: Full-time position
