Job Description

Educational Qualification(Mandatory): BE/Btech/MCA or equivalent

Educational Qualification(Preferred): PMP Certification adds an advantage

Required Skill Set

Strong hands-on experience with .NET (Core/Framework), Angular (v8+), Python, and REST APIs.
Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Understanding of database systems, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Knowledge of version control tools like Git, GitHub, and GitLab.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps is a plus.
Cloud exposure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project execution, from requirement gathering to delivery and post-deployment support.
Manage cross-functional teams comprising developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and UI/UX designers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
Ensure technical feasibility while balancing technical depth with project timelines.
Work closely with development teams using technologies such as .NET (C#), Angular, Python, SQL, etc.
Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for project planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Identify and proactively mitigate potential risks and issues.
Prepare and present project progress reports to leadership and clients.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently.
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best engineering practices across teams.
