Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead water supply infrastructure works at the city/location level. This role requires strong execution leadership, commercial understanding, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in urban environments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of water supply works within the assigned location

• Management of distribution pipelines, trenchless/HDD works, valve chambers, and network integration

• Planning and monitoring of site activities with weekly and monthly schedules

• Control of BOQ vs actual quantities, productivity, and costs

• Identification and handling of extra items, deviations, and EOTs

• Coordination with Client, Engineer-in-Charge, PMC, and local authorities

• Ensuring quality compliance as per IS / CPHEEO standards

• Enforcing site safety and statutory requirements

• Review and certification of RA and final bills

• Smooth testing, commissioning, and handover of works

🔹 Desired Profile

• Qualification: B.Tech / BE (Civil or Mechanical preferred)

• Experience: 12–20 years in water supply / sewerage / urban infrastructure projects

• Prior exposure to municipal or government-funded projects preferred

• Strong execution, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
