At Valenta AI, we are expanding our Intelligent Automation vertical and are looking for a sharp, proactive, and people-savvy Project Manager to join our growing team.

This is a high-impact role that combines client engagement with internal project leadership, focused on delivering Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions enhanced with Artificial Intelligence.

Project Delivery & Ownership

• Take complete ownership of assigned automation projects from kickoff to managed services handover.
• Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Manage and control scope changes, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.

Client Engagement

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand and document client requirements.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead a delivery team consisting of Business Analysts and Developers.
• Provide clear direction, coordination, and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams including development, IT, managed services, and operations.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Documentation & Governance

• Own and maintain all project documentation, including project plans, requirements, PDDs, meeting minutes, and sign-off documents.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, and accessible to stakeholders.
• Maintain clear audit trails and follow internal governance frameworks.

Process & Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to improving delivery processes, templates, and best practices.
• Stay updated with RPA and AI automation technologies to support better client conversations and project decisions.

Experience & Skills

• 4+ years of total professional experience with minimum 3 years in a Project Manager role.
• Experience delivering client-facing technology or automation projects end-to-end.
• Familiarity with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Zoho, Monday.com, MS Project, or similar.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
