Job Description

Proven experience as a Project Manager handling enterprise-level engagements.
Hands-on experience managing multi-vendor and cross-functional delivery environments.
Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build long-term strategic relationships.
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Experience in Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models.
Capability to manage distributed teams and handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Serve as the primary representative for the customer, building strong day-to-day engagement.
Develop, manage, and strengthen customer relationships through trust, transparency, and delivery excellence.
Identify and nurture opportunities for account growth and new workstreams.
Collaborate with internal business units to develop solutions and proposals for identified opportunities.
Lead end-to-end project delivery across teams including internal teams, client teams, and partner/vendor teams.
Drive sprint planning, project planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations while ensuring timely resolutions.
Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Prepare and present governance reports, dashboards, and project updates.
Ensure compliance with organizational processes, quality standards, and delivery frameworks.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Professional certifications are a plus.
