Experience: 5 - 8 yrs

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in export operations and

business management. The role involves overseeing end-to-end export projects, ensuring

compliance with international trade regulations, and driving business growth through efficient

project execution and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end export projects from planning to execution and delivery
Coordinate with international clients, vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation, and trade laws
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Identify business opportunities in global markets and support expansion strategies
Handle export documentation such as invoices, shipping bills, customs clearance, and LC
(Letter of Credit)
Track shipment schedules and resolve delays or operational issues
Prepare project reports, MIS, and performance dashboards
Manage risks and ensure smooth execution of cross-border operations
Collaborate with sales, finance, and supply chain teams for seamless delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
5–8 years of experience in project management with exposure to export/import operations
Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics
Experience in managing global clients and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.) and MS Excel
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
