Project Manager

Project Manager (Reporting and Customer Management) We (Airtel) are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in reporting and customer management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires proficiency in managing reporting projects, overseeing customer relationships, and ensuring project success through effective planning and execution.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Soft Skills:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
