Job Role Summary

Responsible for conducting site visits, monitoring project activities, coordinating manpower and ensuring smooth execution of water wastewater treatment plant projects.

Key Responsibilities

Perform regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines standards
Conduct inspections and review quality of work at sites
Coordinate and fulfil project activity requirements as per technical regulatory compliance
Address project needs, queries and issues for smooth execution
Manage manpower including workers, contractors and technicians
Delegate tasks, track performance and resolve workforce-related concerns

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction, operation or maintenance preferred
Strong understanding of project execution field coordination
Team handling and on-site supervision skills
