Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Project Engineer role at Falgu's, based in Gaya. The Project Engineer will oversee engineering and technical aspects of mushroom farm development projects, coordinate project planning, and ensure the successful execution of projects within given timelines and budgets. Responsibilities include managing communication with stakeholders, preparing project documentation, and troubleshooting any engineering challenges that arise on-site.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Project Planning, Project Management, and Project Engineering
• Proficiency in Structural Engineering and related technical domains
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work on-site and coordinate tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Relevant 5+ years of experience in a similar role or agricultural-based projects is highly beneficial
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
