Job Description


Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Sales Target Achievement
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Drive end-to-end sales closure from lead conversion to final negotiation.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
Client Relationship Management
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product/service solutions.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Track sales metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Share insights from client interactions to help improve internal processes.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and product teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and lead-generation activities.
 
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of data-driven business development experience
  • Minimum Graduate
  • Must be self-motivated and a self-starter
  • Must be comfortable with data and reporting
