Job Description
Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive end-to-end sales closure from lead conversion to final negotiation.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product/service solutions.
- Resolve client concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track sales metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities in CRM tools.
- Share insights from client interactions to help improve internal processes.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and product teams for seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and lead-generation activities.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of data-driven business development experience
- Minimum Graduate
- Must be self-motivated and a self-starter
- Must be comfortable with data and reporting
