Job Description

Responsible for conducting monthly project reviews in detail (Project overall status, engineering status, procurement plan, risk & opportunities, project schedule, claim management, turnover plan etc.) across different segments.
Responsible for enforcement of project management processes, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
Tracking of project progress, performance, key metrics with insights into risks and issues which facilitates transparency informed decision-making.
Develop and implement cost control strategies and procedures.
Ensure prompt identification of critical topics in various projects which warrant management attention and action.
Ensure internal control requirements around project management are checked and kept green.
Responsible to drive project review meetings with the BU, Division and OpCo management.
Ensure prompt completion of Quarterly and year end Audit (project related topics).
Collaboration with internal and external Auditors
