Project Captain

Vivo Architecture, Inc., (VIVO) has an immediate opening for a talented and motivated architectural Project Captain. We are a dynamic, mentor-focused, fast-paced firm serving a market at the forefront of breakthrough discoveries. VIVO is proud to be a partner in our clients’ success.

The ideal candidate will be experienced and have graduated from an architectural degree program. We place strong emphasis on mentoring individuals who are working through AXP and looking to become registered. The position requires in-office attendance and involvement in all project phases with the opportunity to work on large and small-scale projects.

Other Qualifications include:

• Bachelor of Architecture Degree
• 7-10 years post-graduate experience;
• Working toward architectural licensure;
• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills and experience with design presentation programs;
• Experience with design presentation programs such as Adobe Creative Suite & Enscape;
• Understanding of construction detailing and Building Codes;
• Ability to accurately field survey and document existing conditions;
• Experience drawing construction detailing and preparation and management of construction documents;
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment;
• Ability to time-manage multiple tasks and meet project deliverables and submission deadlines;
• Detail-oriented – proven ability to correct own work and review others’ drawings.
