🚀 Hiring: Program Manager – Operations Transformation

Location: Hyderabad / Gururgam/Pune/Bangalore/Chennai

Domain Preference: Pharma / Life Sciences / Healthcare

Shift Timings: 6PM to 2 AM

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-impact Operations Transformation Initiative focused on cost optimization, process re-engineering, and operating model enhancement across the organization.

This role will drive cross-functional programs involving Finance, HR, Operations, and Technology — managing sensitive financial and employee data while delivering measurable business value.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end transformation programs (strategy to benefits realization)
• Conduct Opex/Capex assessments, spend analysis & ROI-driven business cases
• Redesign processes and optimize operating models
• Establish governance frameworks & steering committees
• Drive stakeholder alignment and change management
• Track KPIs, cost savings, and executive reporting

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• 12+ years in Program Management / Transformation / Consulting
• Strong experience in cost optimization & process redesign
• Exposure to sensitive financial/employee data governance
• Pharma / Life Sciences domain experience is a plus
