Role Summary

Job Description – Project Manager (Crossbow / Fiber Projects)

The Project Manager will be responsible for end‑to‑end management of Crossbow and fiber-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, seamless coordination, safety compliance, and resolution of all operational challenges. The role demands strong technical understanding of fiber execution, OPGW, and ISP networks along with the ability to collaborate across multiple internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Management
Lead the E2E project management of Crossbow implementations.
Monitor project progress, risks, and adherence to planned milestones.
Delivery & Execution
Ensure timely delivery of large B2B orders.
Drive fiber handover from OPGW and ensure smooth transition to downstream teams.
Oversee integration and RFS, ensuring timelines are met without compromise on quality.
Issue Resolution
Ensure closure of all constraint cases for B2B, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Troubleshoot field, execution, or vendor-related issues with a solution-oriented approach.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure all field activities adhere to safety standards and compliance protocols.
Conduct periodic reviews to maintain zero‑incident project execution.
Technical Competencies
Strong knowledge of fiber execution processes including splicing, testing, routing, and documentation.
Understanding of ISP & OPGW network architecture, deployment challenges, and industry best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work collaboratively with cross functional teams including planning, NOC, operations, SCM, vendors, and customers.
Communicate project statuses, escalations, and dependencies clearly and effectively.
Delivery Mindset
Maintain a solution-oriented approach to achieve delivery targets and meet project timelines.
