Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Production: Responsible for PCB and product assembly, while managing production inventory and ensuring smooth manufacturing operations.
Quality assurance: Conduct power-on testing of assembled products, perform software loading, and carry out functional and rollout testing to ensure product quality.
Product support: Provide technical support for field-level product issues through video calls or phone assistance.
Maintenance: Handle repair and maintenance of faulty products and PCBs to ensure proper functionality.
