Product Sales Manager
to lead end-to-end IT product sales ? from identifying opportunities and nurturing leads to closing deals and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through strategic sales of IT products and software solutions.
Identify and pursue potential clients through networking, research, and market mapping.
Understand client needs and provide tailored product demonstrations and proposals.
Manage the complete sales cycle ? from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.
Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create impactful go-to-market strategies.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and new opportunities.
Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics.
Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and product showcases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
4?5 years of proven experience in IT product or software solution sales.
Solid understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-driven products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong ability to translate complex technical features into client value propositions.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting systems.
