Product Manager – Capital Markets

We are seeking a Product Manager – Capital Markets with Options to lead a dynamic team focused on delivering innovative solutions in the capital markets domain.

This role requires a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of options, and the ability to drive collaboration across multiple product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the new Options team
• Work with Digital Product Managers and multiple Product Owners across the portfolio to align vision and mission
• Coordinate communication between product teams
• Ensure a healthy backlog with at least 2-3 sprints of groomed stories
• Ensure hand-off processes and procedures are understood and communicated across portfolios
• Participate in PI planning sessions to understand portfolio direction and identify actionable items for product teams

Requirements

• 10-15 years of overall experience
• Knowledge of options is a must for this position
• Product management experience
• Experience in financial services, preferably wealth management
• Business acumen and ability to provide business and end customer perspective
• Skills in communication and presentation
• Attention to details
• Proficiency in SQL for database queries
• Capability to multi-task and adapt in a dynamic environment
