Location: Aluva, Kochi

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Manager- procurement to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. You will also be responsible for managing inventory levels, forecasting demand, and optimizing the supply chain to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project-based procurement to ensure on-time availability of materials and services at the most optimized cost.
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and contracts to secure best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Drive cost-control and value optimization initiatives across all project procurements.
Oversee inventory and logistics coordination to ensure optimal stock levels and timely delivery to project sites.
Lead and guide the procurement team to achieve project and organizational objectives.

Requirements

Minimum 5+year Experience in procurement
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronics)
Proven experience in project-based procurement within an engineering, EPC, manufacturing, or automation environment.
Strong knowledge of contracts, commercial negotiations, vendor management, and logistics for engineering projects.
Proficiency in ERP systems (ERPNext / SAP / Oracle or similar) and strong analytical skills
Good Oral Communication Skill in – English, Hindi, and Malayalam
Excellent Written Communication Skill in – English
