Process Trainer

NIIT is looking for a process trainer from F&B, FMCG, Hospitality, Retail, and Quick Service Restaurants

Required: Process Trainer

Location: Jharkhand, Bihar & UP East

Qualification: Any graduate.

Experience Required: 2 Years minimum

Language: English & Hindi*

CTC is up to 4 LPA + TA and DA additional

Job Description:

Has 2-5 yrs of Total experience

Conduct engaging process training and safety sessions.

Be a driving force in retail training initiatives.

Oversee field training activities for optimal project execution.

Has excellent communication skills - both written and spoken

Should have Retail domain Experience

Knowledge of MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Open to travel to stores (OJT)

Should know the Local language

Should have high energy levels, enthusiasm, and excellent rapport-building skills
