You are responsible for:
- Customer Channel Management – Handle customer interactions across multiple communication platforms.
- Case Management – Manage and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and service requests.
- Customer Onboarding & Relationship Management – Support new customers through onboarding processes and nurture long-term relationships.
- Contract & Dispute Management – Assist in managing contractual obligations and resolving disputes effectively.
- Operational Support – Execute specialized administrative tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Escalation Management – Identify non-routine problems and escalate to senior colleagues or supervisors when required.
- Good English communication skill
- US Calling experience is must
- Internation voice calling experience is must
