Role Purpose Statement
It’s a role responsible to get HR data updated in the P@B system as per agreed KPI
Purpose of this position is to provide first level support to HRBP in transactional HR activities e.g. setting up new hires record, exits, updating HRMS during employee lifecycle with Bunge reflecting accurate employee data and org. structure."

Main Accountabilities
- Provides first level support to HRBP in end to end HR Service, including operational/generalist HR matters
- Managing all HR queries within agreed SLA’s effectively
- Ensure timely issuance of various letters within stipulated timelines including Probation Confirmation, Transfer, Offer, Appointment, Bonus Pay out, Experience and relieving
- Timely creating and publish Reports and share with the HRBPs
- Manage SOPs and other process documents
- Get trained and Provide Training as desired

- Sound knowledge of SAP HR/SuccessFactors/ OT/ Dayforce
- Good command over English language both verbal and written, ability to communicate with employees from different countries at all levels
- Strong attention to detail.
- Post-Graduation in HR
- 4-6 years of work experience in managing HR Operation work
- Good knowledge of English both oral and written
- Pro-active and pragmatic
- Hands-on and flexible with Shifts APAC/EU/NA
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and software programs."
