Job Title: Non‑Voice Process Executive (Freshers Only)

Location: Nagpur (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full‑Time

Job Summary:

We are hiring Non‑Voice Process Executives for backend, email, and chat support processes. This role is strictly for fresh graduates looking to start their corporate career in a non‑voice environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via email and chat support
• Perform backend operations and data processing
• Maintain accuracy while updating systems and records
• Follow SOPs and quality guidelines
• Meet productivity and quality targets

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)

• Graduation required
• Eligible degrees only: B.Com, B.A, B.Ed, BBA
• Pass‑out years: 2024 & 2025 only
• Experience: Freshers only (experienced candidates not eligible)
• Location: Nagpur locals preferred
• Shifts: Flexible (Day & Night shifts)
• Weekly Offs: Rotational
• Transport: Own transport mandatory (no cab facility)

Required Skills

• Good written English communication
• Basic computer knowledge
• Typing speed: 25–30 WPM (preferred)
