Process Engineering Moulding

Key Responsibilities: 
- Develop and optimize molding processes to enhance production efficiency and quality. 
- Conduct process trials and experiments to validate new materials and methods. 
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. 
- Design and review tooling and fixtures to ensure they meet production requirements. 
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on molding processes. 
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives 

Skills and Tools Required: 
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related field. 
- Proficiency in molding processes, including injection molding
- Knowledge in CAD software for tool design and simulation (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). 
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines. 
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies and data analysis tools. 
- Knowledge in molding simulation software
