As a Process Associate - P2P you will be responsible for understanding transaction processing environment

Reporting to the Assistant Manager - P2P you will be part of the Finance - ERP & P2P, who are familiar/trained in ERP modules.

What You Will Do

  • Daily Purchase request input in ERP
  • Daily Invoice Matching and input in ERP
  • Daily Processing of Payment Service Provider (PSP) Files
  • Daily PSP Exceptions
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • General Ledger Journal processing
  • Review and Reporting of all daily activities (Insights)
  • Adherence to all SLA’s

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Commerce/Accounting
  • Excellent communication skills & knowledge of MS office
  • Understanding of accounting concepts, Bank reconciliation
