Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

Total experience 11+ years.
Strong experience working as a Product Consultant, Functional SME, Product Owner, or Solution Architect.
Hands-on functional expertise in HCM/WFM domains such as HR, Payroll, Scheduling, Forecasting, Timekeeping, Absence Management, or similar operational areas.
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, platform-agnostic functional solutions aligned with business outcomes.
Experience working with enterprise platforms such as UKG Pro, UKG Ready, UKG Pro WFM, or similar systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, Infor, ADP, etc.
Strong experience in solution design, blueprinting, and gap-fit analysis across enterprise platforms.
Ability to identify value propositions, ROI-based solution narratives, and business benefits for clients.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, sales, marketing, and practice leaders to support solution roadmaps and offerings.
Exposure to AI/ML, predictive analytics, automation, and accelerator development within enterprise solution environments.
Experience supporting pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI responses, workshops, solution blueprinting, and defining integration touchpoints.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management practices.
Proficiency with MS Office tools and UX/visualization tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, or Visio.
Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams with good communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analyzing the client’s needs in the context of the project
Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
