Job Description
- Coordinate with Class Teachers, Subject HODs, Parents, and the Principal.
- Support House In-charges in their duties.
- Conduct and facilitate staff meetings.
- Maintain records of circulars shared with teachers and parents.
- Prepare school timetables.
- Plan manpower allocation and assign relevant roles to staff.
- Manage daily substitution schedules.
- Oversee recruitment procedures for subject-specific vacancies.
- Mentor staff periodically.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and share feedback with teachers and the Principal.
- Track staff leave and update records in the office.
- Monitor student attendance registers on a monthly basis.
- Ensure smooth communication between staff and parents and all other stakeholders.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
