What you’ll do?

Responsible for making decisions in annual pricing, in year pricing and new launch pricing through using all the right analytical methods, tools, and guidelines;
playing main role in planning of annual pricing strategy based on research, macro environment analysis and competitor benchmarking;
working on new ways of trade term frameworks to improve ROI in all channels;
responsible for mix management by differentiating strategies between channels, customers, brands, packs, and SKU's;
leading the implementation of all pricing and revenue management related initiatives;
responsible for the construction of business cases with the right trade-off decision making scenarios for all initiatives to launch;
daily work on joint projects with commercial controlling, sales and marketing;
leading and coaching the work of Pricing and Revenue Specialist.

You Need Us, If You Have

university/college degree or relevant work experience;
3-5 years relevant experience in FMCG;
strategic and conceptual thinking;
understanding of main commercial business drivers;
analytical mindset;
demonstrated ability to work successfully with stakeholders;
efficient negotiation and interpersonal skills;
problem solving and proactive character;
advanced communication and presentation skills;
experience in pricing/revenue management, sales or commercial finance is an advantage;
experience in beer market is an advantage.
