Reports To: Pre-Sales Manager / Sales Head

Role Overview

The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team by generating site visits and maintaining strong customer engagement. The role plays a critical part in the real estate sales funnel by ensuring quality lead conversion and excellent customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Calling
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for real estate inquiries.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, location, and purchase intent.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and nurture prospects until site visit stage.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and status updates in CRM.
Customer Engagement
  • Explain project details, pricing, offers, and amenities to prospects.
  • Address customer queries professionally and confidently.
  • Build strong rapport with clients through effective communication.
Site Visit Coordination
  • Schedule and confirm site visits with interested prospects.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth site visit execution.
  • Track site visit outcomes and update CRM accordingly.
Reporting & Process Adherence
  • Achieve daily and monthly call, follow-up, and site visit targets.
  • Share daily activity reports and follow CRM processes strictly.
  • Support marketing campaigns and project launches.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi or Telugu.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-focused and target-driven mindset.
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Qualification & Experience
  • Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline).
  • Experience:
  • 0–3 years in real estate pre-sales / telecalling / inside sales preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
