Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre-Sales Executive, located in Bhubaneswar. The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing product demonstrations, creating proposals, and assisting the sales team in driving business growth. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between the sales and technical teams. The Pre-Sales Executive will also gather customer feedback to refine solutions and improve the overall service experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in client communication, relationship building, and customer engagement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in making proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Knowledge of sales processes and ability to work collaboratively with technical and sales teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
salry - 1.2 LPA to 1.5 LPA
