Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Planning & Deployment:

Plan, coordinate, and optimize the deployment of plant and machinery across multiple sites within the cluster.
Forecast equipment requirements for upcoming projects and ensure timely mobilization/demobilization.

Maintenance & Asset Management

Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all machinery.
Monitor machinery health, downtime, and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, utilization, and maintenance history.

Budgeting & Cost Management

Prepare budgets and monitor costs related to machinery operations, maintenance, and rentals.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through optimized utilization and vendor management.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Manage relationships with equipment vendors, service providers, and contractors.
Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and HQ to ensure machinery availability and operational efficiency.

Compliance, Safety & Standards

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Prepare and submit reports on equipment utilization, performance, maintenance, and costs to senior management.
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements for better equipment management.
