Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Placement Coordinator. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for connecting with national and multinational companies to facilitate student placements, building and maintaining strong relationships with employers, and supporting students in their job placement activities. Day-to-day tasks include arranging interviews, preparing students for recruitment opportunities, conducting placement drives, and maintaining accurate records of placement-related activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build relationships with students and employers
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively manage interactions and promote the academy's candidates
- Customer Service skills to address recruitment needs and ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders
- Knowledge of Education and skill development programs
- Experience in Recruiting or talent acquisition is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and placement management software
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
