We are seeking a passionate Software Developer with hands-on experience in PHP/Laravel, React and Python (FastAPI) who is also eager to work on AI/ML-driven applications. You will join our agile team responsible for maintaining and enhancing our existing CRM platforms - systems built on Laravel/PHP that support our daily operations. In addition, you will contribute to our analytical products such as India and World Planners, and several upcoming AI and Machine Learning projects involving technologies like Stable Diffusion and prediction model.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel (PHP), React and FastAPI (Python).
• Work on existing CRM systems and enhance them with new features, integrations, and performance optimisations.
• Build and deploy REST ful APIs and micro services for internal and external products. Collaborate with the AI/ML and data teams to integrate intelligent modules, analytics, and automation workflows.
• Ensure secure, maintainable, and testable code with clear documentation.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and production support.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI-assisted development, modern web frameworks, and data engineering tools.
  
  

Skills Required

• Proficiency in PHP (Core/Laravel) with strong understanding of MVC architecture. * Hands-on experience in Python (FastAPI preferred) for backend development.
• Solid understanding of MySQL/SQL and database schema design.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and server-side security practices.
• Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, etc.).
• Strong debugging, optimisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind, React)
• Experience integrating third-party APIs or payment gateways (Stripe, etc.).
• Understanding of deployment workflows on cloud platforms (AWS, etc.).
  
  

Educational Qualifications

• MCA / B.Tech / BCA / or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or related field.
• Understanding of UI/UX standards, responsive design, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Knowledge of front-end techs like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind, and React is a plus.
• Understanding of security concepts and best practices for mobile and web apps.
