Job Descritpion of Performance Tester

5 to 8 Years of Relevant Experience

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3+ years working specifically with LoadRunner.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • LoadRunner script generation (Web and Mobile applications).
    • Vugen analysis and log monitoring.
    • Creating test data, compiling reports, and defining test scenarios in Load Controller.
    • Parameterization and correlation.
    • Identifying and analyzing system bottlenecks.

Good-to-Have

  • LoadRunner API testing experience.
  • Experience in mobile performance testing using LoadRunner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain LoadRunner test scripts for both web and mobile applications.
  • Prepare low-level design documents and create required test data.
  • Collaborate closely with backend and UX teams to design and execute performance tests.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on system performance under load.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve system scalability and stability.
