We're building India's leading creator-fan connection platform and looking for a data-driven performance marketer to drive user acquisition and growth.

What You'll Do

Run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other ad platforms. You'll manage budgets, track key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR), set up conversion funnels, conduct A/B tests, and continuously improve campaign performance. You'll work closely with the marketing and product teams to drive app installs, engagement, and retention.

What We're Looking For

2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance/paid marketing
MBA in Marketing (mandatory)
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar)
Strong analytical skills comfortable with data, dashboards, and optimization
Experience with app marketing and mobile attribution tools is a plus

Details

Location: Ahmedabad (full-time, work from office)
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (alternate Saturdays off)
Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
