About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Growth Marketer who can drive scalable growth through data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in affiliate marketing, paid media campaigns, analytics, and conversion optimization. You will be responsible for acquiring high-quality traffic, optimizing campaigns, and maximizing ROI across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and native advertising networks.
Manage and scale affiliate marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI and revenue growth.
Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and tracking platforms.
Perform A/B testing on landing pages, creatives, and funnels to improve conversion rates.
Identify and test new traffic sources and growth opportunities.
Work closely with the content and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
Monitor key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and LTV.
Optimize funnels and user journeys to increase conversion and retention rates.
Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends and algorithm updates.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Performance Marketing and Growth Marketing strategies
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Native Ads
Experience with affiliate networks and tracking platforms
Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics or similar tools
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel optimization
Ability to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions
