Job Description
Responsibilities
• Process monthly payroll based on attendance records (e.g., GreytHR).
• Verify attendance cycle (e.g., 26th to 25th / 1st to 30th).
• Calculate salary, overtime, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Process Full & Final settlements.
• Generate payslips and salary reports.
• Validate in/out punches.
• Monitor late coming, leave without pay (LWP), and absenteeism.
• Coordinate with Regional Heads/Factory HR for corrections.
• Maintain leave records.
• Prepare payroll summary, department-wise
• Generate reports for management (salary variance & headcount).
• Maintain payroll master data in Excel.
• Address employee payroll queries.
• Support bank transfers.
• Work closely with HR, Accounts, and Factory Operations teams.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing.
• Sound understanding of Indian labour laws.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS reporting).
• Experience in HRMS/Payroll software (GreytHR preferred).
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
