Role: Partner – Quantum Hardware & Lab Systems About Quantadeep

Quantadeep is focused on enabling next-generation quantum innovation by bridging the gap between research, infrastructure, and real-world deployment. We work at the intersection of quantum hardware, advanced electronics, and deeptech infrastructure enablement.

Role Overview

We are looking for core partners with deep expertise in Quantum hardware, Electronic systems, and Advanced Lab environments to co-build Quantadeep’s ecosystem.

This is not a typical job — this is a founding/partner-level role with strategic, technical, and business ownership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quantum Hardware & Systems Expertise

• Lead initiatives in:
• Superconducting quantum systems
• Photonics-based quantum systems
• Cryogenic and control electronics
• Provide technical direction on hardware architecture & system integration

2. Lab Infrastructure & Equipment Enablement

• Identify, source, and advise on:
• Cryostats, dilution refrigerators
• Laser systems, photonic setups
• RF/microwave electronics
• Measurement & control systems
• Build partnerships with labs, vendors, and research facilities

3. Product & Prototype Development

• Guide startups/research teams in:
• Hardware prototyping
• Device fabrication workflows
• Testing & validation environments
• Support development of quantum-ready hardware stacks

4. Ecosystem Building

• Collaborate with:
• Research labs
• Universities
• Deeptech startups
• Help build a quantum innovation network

5. Strategic & Business Contribution

• Define service offerings in:
• Lab access & infrastructure
• Hardware consulting
• Custom system design
• Contribute to revenue models, partnerships, and growth strategy

Required Expertise

 Background

• Quantum Engineering / Physics / Electronics / Electrical Engineering
• OR equivalent deep hands-on experience

Technical Skills

• Experience in one or more:
• Quantum hardware platforms (superconducting / photonics / trapped ions)
• Advanced electronics & embedded systems
• RF/microwave engineering
• Cryogenic systems
• Strong understanding of:
• Lab instrumentation
• Experimental setups
• Signal control & measurement systems

 Practical Exposure

• Hands-on experience with:
• Research labs / fabrication facilities
• Cleanroom environments (bonus)
• Advanced testing setups

 Industry Knowledge

• Familiarity with:
• Cutting-edge quantum labs & infrastructure
• Vendors & equipment ecosystem
• Global quantum hardware trends
