Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Parabroker to join our team in Jaipur for a full-time, on-site position. The Parabroker will play a key role in supporting mortgage brokers by conducting lender policy research, preparing borrowing capacity calculations, verifying documents, managing loan pipelines, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additional responsibilities include assisting with loan processing, analyzing client financial needs, and preparing loan files for submission. The Parabroker will also facilitate the efficient management of asset finance deals and support brokers in improving client engagement and business outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in lender policy research, borrowing capacity calculations, and pipeline management.
  • Experience in document verification, loan file preparation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Knowledge of loan processing, loan settlement procedures, and asset finance support.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify client needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and clients professionally.
  • Proficiency with financial and loan processing software applications is highly beneficial.
  • Professional experience in the mortgage, finance, or accounting industry is an advantage.
