Packaging Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Packaging Executive based in Gurugram. The Packaging Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day packaging processes, developing packaging designs, ensuring product quality standards are maintained, and conducting research to optimize materials and methods. Additional responsibilities will include working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver packaging solutions aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.

• Strong skills in Packing and Packaging Design
• Experience in Packaging Engineering, including material selection and production efficiency
• Expertise in Quality Control to ensure packaging meets required standards
• Proficiency in conducting Research to optimize packaging practices
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the food and beverage industry or similar fields is an advantage
