Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in Commerce Transformation, you will implement and configure packaged commerce solutions that enable organizations to modernize their digital sales channels and deliver seamless customer experiences. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, working closely with stakeholders to assess requirements and deploy enterprise-grade commerce platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Configure Platform Modules: Configure product catalogs, pricing engines, promotions, checkout flows, and customer account management to meet complex business needs and align with omnichannel strategies.
• Support Solution Delivery: Ensure successful adoption and long-term value realization by supporting data migration, testing, training, and post-implementation optimization.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to assess requirements, integrate commerce systems with broader enterprise ecosystems, and tailor solutions to meet business needs.
• Deliver Scalable Solutions: Ensure that packaged solutions are scalable for growth and optimized for performance and agility.
• Optimize Customer Experience: Deliver seamless customer experiences across touchpoints by leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities and customizing solutions to meet business needs.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Exposure to Commerce Platforms: Experience working with enterprise-grade, cloud-based commerce platforms, including configuring product catalogs, pricing engines, and promotions.
• Implementation Expertise: Exposure to implementing and configuring packaged commerce solutions, including integrating commerce systems with broader enterprise ecosystems.
• Technical Configuration: Experience working with platform modules, including checkout flows and customer account management, to meet complex business needs.
• Data Migration and Testing: Exposure to supporting data migration, testing, and training to ensure successful adoption and long-term value realization.
• Solution Optimization: Experience working with post-implementation optimization to ensure solutions are scalable for growth and optimized for performance and agility.
