Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn (Sales Navigator preferred).
- Identify and connect with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Send personalized outreach messages and follow-ups.
- Generate and qualify leads based on company criteria.
- Schedule meetings/demos for the Business Development team.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Research target industries, companies, and prospects.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound sales or LinkedIn lead generation.
- Strong written communication skills (professional and persuasive messaging).
- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
- Ability to maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
